Information we receive
We may receive information you voluntarily submit, including your name, email address, phone number, CV link, application note, employer details and vacancy information. We also receive limited technical information needed to operate, secure and improve the service.
How information is used
- To display and review employer-submitted vacancies.
- To process native applications and share them with the relevant employer.
- To operate, protect and improve the website and job-search experience.
- To respond to support, safety and privacy requests.
Talent Match
If you opt in through a Job Request, Easy Jobs Go may use your requested role, skills, experience level, location and work preferences to rank your profile against approved employer vacancies. Employers initially receive an anonymized profile. Your name, email address and phone number are released to the inviting employer only after you accept its invitation. You may decline an invitation without affecting your account.
Job alerts
If you subscribe to job alerts, we use your email address and selected role, category, location and work-mode preferences to send relevant vacancy notifications. Alerts activate only after you confirm ownership of the email address. You can update your preferences by subscribing again with the same email address or unsubscribe through the link included in alert emails.
Imported job listings
Imported vacancies may link to independent employer or job-provider websites. Their privacy practices apply once you leave Easy Jobs Go. Review the destination before providing personal information.
Sharing and retention
Application information is used for recruitment-related purposes and may be shared with the employer responsible for the vacancy. We do not sell candidate application data. Information is kept only as long as reasonably required for service, safety, legal and operational needs.
Your choices
You may request access, correction or deletion of information you submitted by contacting easyjobgo@outlook.com. We may need to verify the request before acting.
Security and updates
We use reasonable safeguards, but no online service can guarantee absolute security. This policy may be updated as the service develops. The effective date is 30 September 2026.
