Facility Manager

Role summary Fides Group Ghana is seeking a Facility Manager to coordinate daily facility operations and ensure that maintenance, janitorial, security and landscaping services meet required performance standards. Key responsibilities • Manage daily facility operations, including maintenance, janitorial, security and landscaping services. • Supervise site staff and service providers and monitor agreed performance standards. • Conduct routine site inspections and ensure compliance with health, safety and quality requirements. • Handle client requests, complaints and reporting professionally. • Prepare operational reports and maintain accurate site documentation. • Ensure effective use of resources and adherence to approved budgets. Candidate profile • Degree in Facility Management, Engineering, Building Technology or a related field. • Two to four years’ experience in facility or property management. • Strong knowledge of facility-management operations and service coordination. • Good leadership, communication and problem-solving skills. • Ability to work with minimal supervision. • IFMA certification or membership, including FMP or CFM, is an advantage.
