Site Engineer — Hospital Construction Project

Role summary Antal International is recruiting a Site Engineer for a hospital construction project in Ghana. The successful candidate will coordinate site activities and help ensure that the project is delivered safely, accurately and to the required quality standards. Key responsibilities • Supervise day-to-day construction activity and coordinate contractors and site teams. • Interpret drawings, specifications and technical requirements. • Monitor workmanship, materials, progress, safety and quality compliance. • Resolve site issues and maintain accurate reports and project records. • Coordinate with project managers, consultants and other engineering disciplines. Candidate profile • Relevant civil engineering, construction or built-environment qualification. • Strong experience supervising complex construction projects; hospital or healthcare-facility experience is an advantage. • Sound knowledge of site safety, quality assurance and construction documentation. • Strong coordination, communication and problem-solving skills.
