Operations Lead

Application deadline: 6 November 2026 Role summary Washking is seeking an experienced and highly accountable Operations Lead to strengthen field delivery, construction operations and organisational capacity as the company scales. The successful candidate will take ownership of execution while helping to build the systems required to deliver sanitation infrastructure consistently and efficiently. Key responsibilities • Coordinate construction and field-delivery projects from planning through completion. • Supervise artisans, contractors and service providers and maintain clear accountability. • Plan materials, procurement, logistics and site requirements. • Monitor workmanship, timelines, quality and operational risks. • Maintain accurate project records and provide clear performance reports. • Improve operating procedures, controls and delivery systems that support responsible growth. Candidate profile • Relevant tertiary qualification in Civil Engineering, Building or Construction Technology, Construction Management, Architecture, Quantity Surveying or a related field. • Demonstrated ability to coordinate field teams, projects, suppliers and logistics. • Strong ownership, organisation, quality-control and reporting skills. • Practical problem-solving ability and confidence working across offices and project sites.
