Production Supervisor

Key responsibilities • Plan and manage safe, efficient shift production to support company targets and production KPIs. • Coordinate milling sections, production staff, equipment and maintenance activity. • Monitor grinding operations, working conditions and environmental impact. • Maintain strong housekeeping standards and initiate repairs for defective equipment. • Ensure accurate production records, operating parameters, shift reports and handovers. • Coordinate with Packing and Logistics Supervisors on raw-material and cement stocks. • Plan staff rosters, appraise shift personnel and identify training needs. • Follow Heidelberg Materials health, safety and operational requirements. Candidate profile • BSc in Mechanical, Electrical or Chemical Engineering. • At least three years of post-qualification experience. • Applicants must be no older than 35 years. • Practical knowledge of ISO 14001, ISO 18001 and ISO 9001 is an advantage. • Strong leadership, production-planning, reporting and problem-solving skills.
