IT Officer

Role summary Kavod Consult is recruiting for a leadership-training organisation seeking a technically competent, organised and reliable IT Officer. The role supports IT operations, Moodle, AI research tools, digital platforms and training delivery. Key responsibilities • Provide IT support and troubleshoot basic technical issues. • Manage and support the organisation’s digital platforms, including Moodle. • Support AI research and integration for organisational needs. • Manage digital resources, systems and information. • Ensure smooth delivery of virtual and in-person training sessions. • Work independently and support colleagues with technology needs. • Perform other related IT and information-management tasks. Candidate profile • First degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems or a related field. • Strong IT knowledge and practical technical skills. • Able to troubleshoot basic technical issues and manage digital platforms. • Excellent organisational, communication and problem-solving skills. • Able to work independently and manage information and digital resources effectively. • Willing to work Tuesday to Sunday, including weekend afternoons, and comfortable in a largely virtual environment.
